MGM Training are running a Yoga Teacher Emergency First Aid at Work course on 25 February 2024 at 10am - 4pm in St Mary Cray, Orpington. Kent Iyengar Yoga have organised this day so that we can reduce the cost - £30 (normally £95 +VAT if you book through them on an individual basis).

Time: 9.45 arrival, 10am start - 4pm finish - two tea breaks and half an hour lunch

On the day:

• Wear comfortable clothes, practical for role-play - i.e no skirts

• No lipstick as this marks the resuscitation manikins when practicsing!

• Lateness does disqualify a delegate from the course - please be prompt

• Photographic identity for certification purposes

• Spectacles if you need them for watching television or reading

• Own refreshments

• A pen
